 This sweet free pattern is taken from the reprint of the very popular Heart to Heart Sampler. A little hardanger heart with a gorgeous floral spray decorates the front of a little Sweet Bag (or Sachet) finished with a Blanket Stitched edging at the top. I've changed the colours and the threads a bit from the Heart to Heart chart, so we've provided a special little Tiny Pack with the right threads to allow you to easily practice making the larger Heart to Heart sampler.
